But I have lost 7 lbs so far at 172 lb. What now :)
What i've learned so far is not to take so much away at first like I had thought would've been best. I'm allowed a glass of wine every once in a while, I'm allowed a treat if I've been doing well. The biggest thing I've learned so far is really on how to eat better and to be more active. I don't need to feel full anymore and because of this, i feel less bloated and I have more energy.
So I'm going to keep on trucking and keeping my head high with my goal of being healthy and comfortable in my own skin again.

I know a few of your are also trying to get in shape so how have you been doing? What's your total weight lost and what have you learned so far?
