Happy New Year! Resolutions and more :)

Happy New Year!

With this new year, I've decided to challenge myself with new resolutions that with hopefully help me establish a more healthy and happy lifestyle. I thought I would share what I hope to accomplish this upcoming year.

Weight Loss/Health:

-Continue working out at least 4-5 times a week. With my new Weekly Weight Loss series, (the holidays have prevented me from updating unfortunately, videos will be back next week!) I will be updating this blog with my weekly goals and status updates.
-Lose another 20 lbs. For me it's not necessarily about the number as it is about the lifestyle, but I do still have a long ways to go. I lost 20 lbs in 2012, time to
get back on track!
-Maintain a paleo lifestyle, allowing 2 cheat days a week. Food has always been my challenge, I just LOVE me some delicious food. Watch out for my favorite recipes on my Weekly Weight Loss videos.
-Train for the Spartan Obstacle Race/run a 10k. My cardio has fallen to the wayside this year. Along with crossfit, I really need to integrate more cardio into my fitness regimen.

-Reach 50,000 subs on youtube. With a new job/move, Youtube has unfortunately hasn't been on my radar. I personally love making videos and find it so rewarding! I'm hoping to expand my audience by filming more. I have tons of ideas and have recently investing in a new camera. I just need to get up and do it!
-Upload at least 2 videos a week. (Of course when I'm traveling for work/on vacation there will be exceptions.)
-Not worry so much. I'm such an anxious mess/worry wart. This is something that I know will help my quality of life if I stop worrying about things I can't control!
-Save more money! I love to shop! It's such a thrill and who doesn't love new things! However, with age comes responsibilities.
-Get engaged. Ahem. Come on now.
